Player Development Programme (PDP) offers professional kids football coaching in Colchester, delivered by current and former pro players. Founded in 2019 and led by ex-England youth player Tristan Nydam, we provide one-to-one training, group sessions, school coaching, and academy support — all tailored to help young players reach their full potential.
